The Reno Toy Run is looking for partnerships for our 44th Annual Reno Toy Run!

Reno Toy Run Partnerships are the key to our 43 years of successful events. Since 1980, local motorcyclists have gathered together for a parade and event to raise money and collect toy donations for Northern Nevada charities and families in need. The Reno Toy Run is the longest running and largest motorcycle community event in Northern Nevada. Last year we were able to donate $120,000 to local charities and delivered thousands of toys! The best part about our event is we ensure that all donations and toys stay right here in Northern Nevada!

Motorcyclists of all types and ages, from Harleys and cruiser type bikes to sport bikes to dirt bikes all riding side by side united. The Reno Toy Run happens rain or shine and together we have never failed to bring Christmas Spirit to our community. However, please know, if the weather is unfavorable for your riding comfort, we still encourage you to come to the event, even if you come by car. Below is the cost of our partnerships:

$500 for your company’s name printed with up to 25 characters.

$1,000 for a logo. *Special considerations will be made for large donations!

The Reno Toy Run is a 501-c-3 tax deductible organization, so you can use your donation to us as a tax deduction, or alternatively, an advertising expense as Partners donating $500 or more will have their business or name printed on the back of hundreds of T-Shirts that get worn by bikers and supporters all year long, and also printed on the Northern Nevada Confederation of Clubs calendar that is posted all over town. Additionally, Partners of all levels will be listed on the Reno Toy Run website. Partners of $1,000 or more will receive 2 Partner tickets, which include the Parade, Meal and Event Shirt with their logo on the back, Partners of $500 will receive 1 Sponsor ticket. We hope you are planning on attending. We can also use volunteers and Prizes for the events raffles.

We need you in this partnership; please make checks out to Reno Toy Run and more importantly have your name or logo in before Friday, November 15, 2024, so we can have Promotional materials and T-Shirts ready for presales and the event on Sunday December 8, 2024. We will need your logo in single color format for the shirts, and full color for our website and advertising. And as stated before, we are happy to create special partnerships, just contact anyone below and we will be happy to work with you – our partners.
